We have led implementations and contract transitions, re-engineered client’s business processes to optimize efficiency and reduce errors, and maintained the ongoing operations of WinTeam for a variety of clients. We have managed access controls and performed back office services for clients in the areas of logistics, training and credentialing tracking, benefits, scheduling, payroll, receivables, payables, and general ledger.

Denise Limato, Founder

Denise founded The Limato Group after 14 years spent helping companies implement and optimize their use of WinTeam. She brought with her years of experience working for companies and managing her own businesses in the areas of project management, healthcare, resort management, training and curriculum design to help new and existing TEAM clients implement and optimize their use of WinTeam. 

An expert in payables, receivables, payroll, benefits and daily operations, Denise has the proven ability to save clients critical time and resources (even saving a company approximately $250,000 in costs per year, increase throughput, decrease errors, and provide timely and accurate metrics to guide decision making). 

Denise loves learning about business challenges and putting in the work to solve them. She lives in Missouri with her husband and two dogs. She has three children and one grandchild. 

Dr. Tony Limato, SHRM-CP

Dr. Tony Limato, SHRM-CP, brings a unique background to The Limato Group that includes over a decade of experience as a small business owner and nearly two decades of experience as an Associate Professor of Biology and Human Biology.

As a small business owner, Dr. Limato gained much of his experience in human resources, payroll, and financial data analysis while running the day-to-day operations of his healthcare facility. Excellent interpersonal and time management skills were paramount with several employees and hundreds of clients to manage.

As an Associate Professor, Dr. Limato was the Director of Biology, Human Biology, and Cadaver Studies at the College of Saint Mary. He gained experience with budget management, curriculum development and implementation, and has trained hundreds of students to become competent healthcare professionals.

Most recently he supported a federal government contractor in human resources, IT, and general employee relations. He also has been processing payroll for clients of the The Limato Group for over three years.

Dr. Limato holds a Doctoral Degree in Chiropractic, a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from the National University of Health Sciences and maintains his credentials as a Certified Professional in Human Resources from the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP).

Kaitlin Hedrick

Kaitlin Hedrick has been working as a primary school teacher for over 7 years. She draws on her expertise in curriculum design and instruction to assist clients with customized documentation, ongoing WinTeam training, and process development and improvement.

Managing multiple priorities and personalities has been part of her professional work which will help as she works on special projects for clients. Kaitlin will also support The Limato Group managing administrative tasks and client relations.

Previously, Kaitlin worked as a nanny and in retail. She has a Masters Degree in Early Childhood Education and Bachelors Degree in Preschool and Elementary Education.
