Denise Limato, Founder and CEO
With more than 15 years in the security industry and deep expertise in WinTeam, Denise founded The Limato Group to become the first company offering outsourced business process and back-office support powered by WinTeam. Driven by a passion for process improvement and operational excellence, she and her team help companies across the U.S. streamline accounting, payroll, scheduling, operations, and benefits administration.
Before launching The Limato Group, Denise served as Vice President of Business Processes for a government contractor, where she built and led a high-performing operations and finance team that generated more than $250,000 in annual cost savings. Her diverse background spans healthcare, construction project management, resort management, training and curriculum design, public speaking, and professional writing/editing—experience that gives her a uniquely well-rounded perspective in supporting clients and improving business performance.
